Network Profile
Proposed name: National Online Qur'an Groups Network (NOQGN)
Purpose: To bring independent online Qur'an learning groups under one coordinated platform while respecting each group's identity, leadership and teaching approach.
Proposed national objectives
- Register and maintain an accurate directory of online Qur'an study groups.
- Promote sound Qur'an reading, recitation, memorisation and understanding.
- Encourage cooperation, good conduct, transparency and quality learning.
- Identify group needs and coordinate training, learning materials and other support.
- Connect groups with a national body for guidance, capacity-building and development assistance.
- Monitor progress through voluntary reports, feedback and agreed standards.

The national body should publish clear membership criteria, safeguarding rules, privacy practices and a transparent support process before launch.
